You saw our simple 6 Ingredient Cherry Pie… now you can see what we did with the leftover juice from draining the cherries in that recipe! This Cherry Smoothie tastes like a milkshake, it’s so creamy, dreamy delicious! But don't worry, you can still make this recipe if you don't make the pie (although we'd love it if you did).
Recipe serves 2 (or one hungry person).
250ml cherry juice (leftover from cherry pie recipe HERE)
250ml almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk of choice)
1 banana (could also use frozen)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
handful of spinach (optional if you want to make it healthier)
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
