Ingredients: 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger 1 yellow grapefruit 3 apples (I used granny smiths) 1 lemon 1 courgette 1 heaped tsp matcha powder Method: Simply juice up all of your fruits and veggies. Blend your juice with the matcha powder.
Drink fresh or store in bottles to drink throughout the week. Enjoy! x
