Clementine & Blueberry Overnight Oats



Ingredients:


1 cup oats

1 cup dairy-free milk (I used oat milk for this)

half cup water

large handful of frozen blueberries

1 clementine (each segment chopped into fourths)

1 tbsp liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey or agave)

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)


Method:

Simply place all of the ingredients into a container, mix well and leave to soak overnight.

Enjoy whenever you fancy, I like to top mine with lots of peanut butter! Enjoy! x
