Recipe makes 3 servings.
100g dark chocolate 125ml orange juice 1 large ripe avocado 4 tbsp maple syrup 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder half tsp salt
Extras: coconut yoghurt extra chocolate blood orange slices
Method: Melt your dark chocolate. Place all the other ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth, (you don’t want any chunks of avocado in your mousse). Once your mixture is completely smooth, add your melted chocolate while the blender is still running until fully incorporated.
Voila, your mousse is made!
Store in the fridge, best served chilled with coconut yoghurt, finely grated chocolate and a few slices of blood orange! Hope you love it! x
