Recipe makes 2 large portions.
1 cup oats 4 tbsp chia seeds zest of 1 orange 1 cup dairy-free milk (I used oat milk) half cup orange juice (with pulp)
3 tbsp soya yoghurt 1 tbsp liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup) Method: Simply place all of the ingredients into a container, mix well and leave to soak overnight.
If the mixture is too firm after soaking, simply add extra yoghurt or milk before serving to reach your desired consistency! Enjoy! x
